She is a member of the team behind Discoveries, the pioneering writer development programme run in partnership with Curtis Brown Creative, Audible and The Women’s Prize. She also co-runs the internal outreach programme, Project North, which looks at expanding connections with northern literary communities, creating opportunities for writers and publishing hopefuls alike to thrive in the industry. As well as working with her own clients, she supports Susan Armstrong on her list that includes ML Stedman, Miranda Cowley-Heller, Jess Kidd, Joanna Cannon, and Lori-Inglis Hall.
