Brief info

Niki Igbaroola is a Project Manager and Marketing Strategist with 9+ years’ experience delivering and scaling programmes across publishing, arts and non profit sectors. She is Project Manager and Founding member of the non-profit literary organisation Pfumo Collective; a new literary endeavour looking to circumvent the major challenges facing the creation and production of creative non-fiction by writers from Africa. Currently, she is Senior Marketing Executive for Watkins Media overseeing marketing across their imprints: Angry Robot Books, Datura, Repeater Books and Nourish. In 2026, she was announced as a mentor for the 18th cohort of Mentoring Matters where she will be supporting early stage creatives.
